Corrections
Say which entry and which field, and where the correct value can be verified — a link to the project's own licence file, release notes or documentation. A correction with a source is applied at the next update; one without has to be researched from scratch and usually waits.
Suggesting software
The membership rule is that the software can be installed and operated on infrastructure the reader controls. Hosted-only products are out of scope however good they are, as are plugins that add a forum to a content management system, and projects with no recent release or support activity.
If a suggestion meets the rule, the useful details are the licence, the runtime and whether a vendor-hosted option exists — the same fields every other entry carries.
