I implemented some new features in the Chimoora CMS on which my website is running. These new features include:

1. Configurable user login/registration.
2. Configurable forums-section: Yes/No.
3. Configurable comments. Yes/No. If yes, what kind of comments are allowed (internal or external).

The Droidcon Dubai 2015 took place on the 14th-16th of April at the Knowledge Village Conference Centre in Dubai. This was my first major Android event in 2015.

It was the first Droidcon in Dubai and I really like to attend those first events of a series because you can always feel the atmosphere of departure.

The big topics in 2015 will be my Ruby on Rails based CMS Chimoora and Android development in general.

I will leave MEDION, where I currently work as a Senior Software Engineer in their Android-Team, by the end of March so I will then have more time for my own projects.

From April on I will work on Chimoora and I will continue to deepen my knowledge about Android and iOS. Furthermore I will attend a few, mostly Android related, events. Follow me on Twitter, Facebook and Google+ for the latest updates.

Here is how I implemented the RSS Feed for Chimoora in 3 steps.
