Marketplace 2 RC 2 available

Marketplace 2 the Joomla! 1.5 native classified ads solution is now available as release candidate 2 (RC2).

There are a few new features compared to RC1 but now the feature set is complete (feature freeze). Really ;-)

This extension is available for subscribers of the Marketplace plan only. Remember the early bird plan will only be available until Marketplace 2 turns final. Save 10 Euros and subscribe now.

Compared to RC 1 there are some new features:

• Private and Commercial entries (see below)
• Admin can mark entries as "Top". Like in Marketplace 1 these entries are always listed first.
• Backend mode. If turned on, no entry submissions are possible from the frontend.

This version is complete now. If you find errors please report them in the forum and give as much information about your system as possible.

The only thing left is an import script for Marketplace 1 categories and entries. It will be available with Marketplace 2 final.
