Discussions 1.1 released

Codingfish Discussions 1.1 Discussions 1.1 is a Joomla! 1.5 forum extension.

It's running on Joomla! 1.5 in native mode. No legacy mode required. Also, this forum component will be ported to Joomla! 1.6 as soon as a Release Candidate (RC) is out.

Version 1.1 offers new features e.g. flickr photos in posts, configurable online status, a post history and more.

New in Discussions 1.1:

Show online status. It's configurable for every single user to turn this on/off.
Flickr photo tag. Include Flickr photos in your forum posts. Show them as browser popup or in a lightbox.
History. Show posts written in the last 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours.
When you reply/quote a post, the recent X (configurable) posts are shown below the entry form.
Date and time format is configurable now.
Delete avatar checkbox. Yep, this was missing in 1.0.
Needed plugins are installed and enabled automatically during component installation.
Simple upgrade for Discussions 1.0 users. Just install Discussions 1.1 over the running 1.0 version. Discussions uses the "upgrade" method during installation. New database fields and indexes are created automatically. Your categories and posts will be there after the upgrade ;-) A backup before you start the upgrade would be a good idea, though.
