Many Joomla! website owners have asked me whether I plan to bring Marketplace natively to Joomla! 1.5 or not.
Yes, now I can officially announce that the work on the all new Marketplace for Joomla! 1.5 has started.
Together with "Discussions", "Marketplace" (and later "Primezilla") will play a key role in Codingfish's website development.
What will be in the first release of the new Marketplace? Well, as mentioned above, it's being build from scratch. The most important thing is to get the basic functions of a classified ads component working. The paid ads feature e.g. will not be in the first release.
