Marketplace 1.4.6 and legacy mode

Hi to all, i have recently installed a fresh copy of joomla 1.5.14 legacy mode is on (i have try to set of to check some things) but:

- from switching off and on legacy mode marketplace say legacy is off !!!

i have deeply checked configuration in extension > plugins and system - legacy is correctly enabled

when i go in extension > components > Marketplace show the X in red background that say compatibility (legacy) is not enabled.

i have also try to reinstall marketplace but no changes

how i can proceed ?
