last 5 pics- bug?

Hi,
I built a site for a friend in joomla 1.5 with marketplace 1.46. Everything works fine when testing. But i forgot to test one thing: If you are logged in as a regular user you can place a new ad. You can add pictures to your ad and then the last uploaded pic will be visible on the frontpage if you have the "show last 5 ads"-function on.
Now, if you change that last pic for another, still the previous one will be shown in the last 5.
Is there a way around this?
