Even the buyer can contact the seller directly by phone but not all buyer will able to visit and see the good directly on the seller site. So by adding feedback feature, buyer can leave feedback if they satisfy with the good and other buyers will know if this seller has a good trackrecord or not that can be use as a consideration to buy from the seller.
