After that I will add RSS feeds and backend language files. Most probably then I will release 2.1. Reported bugs (fortunately not many) are already fixed. Installation has changed to "method=upgrade", means that you will be able to just install it over the running 2.0 without any additional work. Want to make sure that everything is working perfect. 25.08.2010 17:20Re: Sooo.. Anything new?"My entries" feature working now. User can list their own entries. There is an additional feature regarding expired ads. If you use the expiration method "unpublish", then users will be able via the "my entries" listing to see their expired entries and "republish" them. I added 2 parameters to the backend configuration. 1) Cleanup unpublished entries (yes/no) 2) Cleanup Duration (in days) Example: 1) You set your expiration duration for your entries to 30 days and the method to "unpublish". 2) You set "Cleanup unpublished" to "Yes" and the cleanup duration to 40 Days. Now after 30 days an entry would be unpublished (expired) and the entry owner has 10 days to republish it. If he doesn't republish it, the entry will be deleted after these 10 days (40 days overall). It will come with the next published release 2.1. It's done and in the code. Currently I am working on "Profiles" so user can enter their contact data (name, street, city,...). Profile data is then taken as a preset when writing a new entry. This is already working for the frontend. Backend will be finished during the next days. BTW There is a new field "Company". 03.09.2010 21:53Re: Sooo.. Anything new?I couldn't remove that MySql-error messages even with Global config./server/error reporting OFF (I don't know why). And that MyEntries feature is necessary, otherways republishing option doesn't have much sense. I hope to get 2.1 soon. :)) |

Tomorrow (Saturday) I will upgrade my marketplace on italobikes.com and watch it for a day. If everything works, I will release Marketplace 2.1 on Monday.
