20.04.2010 10:41Re: loading empty pageI have disabled the SEF in plugin manager - problem persists. You wrote to disable it in Global settings - would it be "Search Engine Friendly links" that needs to be disabled there? Anyway I have tried to disable it as well but problem is still not gone. Any other ideas? Did anyone came across this issue? Cheers Timur |

20.04.2010 20:40Re: loading empty pageI wanted to have a look at the website but it is offline for maintenance. Did you find something? Are you using any other 3rd party extensions? Regards Achim -- Achim Fischer Codingfish Limited www.codingfish.com |

21.04.2010 08:28Re: loading empty pageOK, I saw it now. There seems to be an error in the php processing. Which php version are you using? Please have look in your webserver logfiles. I bet there is a hint what is missing. I guess, something in your php installation is missing. e.g. "gd lib" for image processing. 21.04.2010 14:47Re: loading empty pageThanks for that advice. Would looking at this file help? http://site4business.com/phpinfo.php Maybe you could have a look and I will try to contact my hosting company to ask them to enable the right component? Sorry for all that trouble. Previous script 1.45 was working excellent by the way - problems with 1.5 only. Cheers Timur |

21.04.2010 16:37Re: loading empty pageso may be I can click the right button and all it takes? You are running a pretty outdated version of php (4.4.7). With a google search for Joomla and php 4.4.7 I found quite a few problems. I would strongly recommend a php update to the recent 5.x version. Still don't know where exactly the error is. The webserver logfile should help here. Regards Achim -- Achim Fischer Codingfish Limited www.codingfish.com |

22.04.2010 11:19Re: loading empty pageYou was right - the upgrade to PhP 5 fixed the issue - thank you. I have few questions I need to ask because they seem obvious to me. It's more of the conversation of the feature requests: - In the previous versions you had (search entries option and My entries) but in these version these components are not there. Is it hard to plug them back? - Also I saw other people asking for the same feature ( to be able to add your own fields) - this is super important. - Would you be able to write somewhere on a site when is the next release, what features it will have, so people could follow up easily. It would bring some consistency and transparency. Cheers Timur |
