02.03.2010 16:31Marketplace 2.0 Beta 3 availableHi all, @Marketplace 2 early bird subscribers The 3rd Beta of Marketplace is now available in the download area. Please note: The download section for Marketplace 2 is only visible for subscribers of the Marketplace plan. New/changed things in Beta 3: - Image display via 1) Browser, 2) Slimbox or 3) Rokbox. - Implemented entry expiration. Configurable: 1) no expiration, 2) unpublish and 3) delete - Marketplace (especially icons/images) should now work on Joomla! installations in a subdirectory. - Fixed pagination bug in category view - more minor things what's left to implement (besides bug fixing and code optimization): - configurable fields on category page so you don't have to show all fields in all categories - Users entry management. Delete, publish, unpublish, republish entries. - language files - optical optimizations Next version will be a Release Candidate (RC) with the above points included. Then I will install a demo here on this website. Bugs will be resolved but no more features added until 2.0 final (feature freeze). 03.03.2010 21:42 Re: Marketplace 2.0 Beta 3 available Thanks Achim.Icons and images now works when Joomla is installed in subdirectory, but in Dasboard the Published icons does not show (see attached image). Would it be possible to set expiration configuration per category, categories where the ads does not expire and other cateogries whith expiration? Also the categories where the ads does not expire only users in admin groups should have permission to write new ads. regards, Lennart  |
